Return Policy- ONLINE PURCHASES
Online purchases are NOT eligible for a refund. If you have any issues with your purchase, please use the contact page to send us a message.
Return Policy- IN STORE PURCHASES
Purchases made in any of our physical stores may be returned or exchanged at any location. Items must be in new/resellable condition with tags attached and packaging intact. Exclusions apply, see below.
Within 30 days of purchase, items are eligible for a full refund issued in the original form of payment. Original receipt must be presented, and if a credit card was used, refund will be applied to that credit card only. If you do not have the credit card, you will be issued a store credit. Gift receipts are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Within 60 days of purchase, items are eligible for an exchange of merchandise or store credit. Original or gift receipt must be presented.
After 60 days of purchase, items are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.
Without a receipt, items may be exchanged for a store credit only. Credit will be issued for the lowest selling price of that item within the last 60 days. Tax cannot be refunded on items without a receipt. It is up to the manager's discretion to determine whether or not to accept an exchange on items with no receipt present.
EXCLUSIONS- All earrings and earring/necklace sets are sold as a final sale and are not eligible for a refund. Paparte personlized items are also final sale. Kawaii Squishies are final sale and may not be returned/exchanged even they rip or tear, no exceptions. Lokai returns/exchanges will not be accepted unless the original tag is still attached.
DAMAGED ITEMS- Damaged items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Please note Alex & Ani bracelets will oxidize over time. This is considered normal wear and tear, and the company will not offer a replacement. If you have a damaged item, please use the contact page to send us a message and we will get back to you with the manufacturer's policies. The Silver Dahlia cannot guarantee replacements on all damaged merchandise.
